In meditation after a while when things settle down I reach a peaceful state. Blissful.

This is the natural state of my mind. Once I become familiar with this state I can go there anytime without being in meditation.

All our obsessions and compulsions are not states that are natural. It is not who we are. They are created by years of conditioning, repeated patterns of sophicated behaviour refined over many years. There are many layers.

We need seperate the two.

As we go about our day whenever necessary we can bring ourself back to the natural state of mind. Be centered. Clear the fog.

Life will have a whole new perspective. Regain some sanity and balance back into our existance.
